Salad Dressing
Lettuce/Spinach/Greens 1/4 c. Walnut oil
Green onion, chopped 1/4 c. Honey
Feta cheese 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
Fried bacon 1/2 tsp. Salt
Toasted sesame seeds 1/4 tsp. Pepper
Toasted walnuts
Craisins
Chow mein noodles
To toast the walnuts: to a skillet add nuts, a little olive oil and a little salt and pepper. Stir over medium heat until nuts are lightly browned. Dump onto a plate to cool. For the dressing, whisk all together and mix with salad just before serving.
